Hired on what you can do — nothing else.

You don't need delivery experience to start.
We teach the job properly: two Amazon classroom days, supervised road time, then three nursery weeks where your stop count builds gradually. By week four most people are running a steady, organized route — and the coaching keeps going after that.

Many companies hire drivers. We develop professionals.
Our goal isn't only to make you a great Delivery Associate — it's to help you grow personally and professionally. Eligible employees can get up to $5,250 a year in tax-free tuition assistance if you want to keep learning.
That's normal — and we plan for it.
Orientation stops after every section so you can ask anything: pay, schedule, routes, safety. One of the questions we ask out loud is “What are you most nervous about for week one?” And if a route is hard at first, you get coaching and retraining before anything else.
Tell us. We'll work it out with you.
If you need a reasonable accommodation to do the job well — during hiring or at any point afterwards — we will sit down with you and figure out what helps. That conversation is kept as confidential as we possibly can.
You already know what a standard feels like.
Veteran status never counts against anyone here. Our culture runs on accountability, teamwork and showing up — and the S on our chest is a value, not a slogan.
Tell us what your life looks like.
The standard day is 9:30 AM to about 8:00 PM, with at least one weekend day a week unless the owners approve otherwise in advance. Schedules post every Friday, and if you need a change you tell Operations before Friday ends. Share your limits when you apply — it helps whoever builds the schedule.
Not here — and you have a direct line if it ever happens.
Start with your chain of command, and if something needs a higher review, email youmatter@kingshipoh.com. Only the owners read it. Reporting in good faith is protected, retaliation is prohibited, and you stay protected even if an investigation doesn't substantiate it.
Our promise, in writing
We hire on qualifications, aptitude and experience — and nothing else.

Come as you are
Leave better than you arrived.
What you need is a license, a clean record, and a willingness to be coached. We'll bring the rest.
